Q?
How does AVNOC services work?
A.
Depending on network availability and security we can provide multiple solution options Active, Secure, and Enterprise to custom fit any clients needs. We have solutions for government secure facilities and provide the requisitioned hardware for the application.
Q?
Can AVNOC be used with existing AV systems?
A.
Yes, our core services are compatible with all types of integrated audiovisual systems. AMX, Crestron, and Extron with one service. Once connected our service scans attached devices constantly assuring systems availability.
Q?
What about multiple office locations all over the globe?
A.
AVNOC key designs have been to address the problems of trying to manage multiple AV systems in different cities. With our service you are able to view an instant status of all your systems across the globe through a single portal. With our Active option we are watching every device 24/7 and post instant notifications of failures and resolve.
Q?
I thought integration manufactures already have software applications to view all of my devices, is this true?
A.
True statement. These applications are proprietary and offer little help in failure detection, problem solving and preventive maintenance. They do not come with a Help Desk.  They work well at what they're designed for. Helping find quick failure resolve is not one of the qualities of these programs. Also the end user becomes the monitoring system and responsible for 24/7 coverage.
Q?CAN I REALLY SAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON MY AV SERVICE CONTRACT IN ONE YEAR?

A.

The short answer is a big YES!
An average service agreement that offers priority coverage is extremely expensive depending on the level of service. If there are multiple offices across different cities the costs fluctuate dramatically from vendor to vendor. AVNOC can eliminate the expensive contracts and add a more effective product for sometimes half the cost. On site visits can be reduced to just when a device needs repair. Since we have diagnosed a particular problem already service calls are reduce to minimal costs as well.
